TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MOUNTAIN STATE CONCRETE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Mountain State Concrete ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Description of Services
Mountain State Concrete provides concrete installation services services to residential and commercial customers.
3. Communication and Messaging
By providing your contact information and opting in to receive communications from us, you consent to receive service-related and appointment notifications via phone, email, or SMS.
3.1 SMS Messages
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us:
- Message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services
- You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages
- You can get help by replying "HELP" to any of our messages
4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
We require 4 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the inability to reschedule.
5. Payment Terms
Initial payments are due upon signing a contract and getting a spot on our schedule. We typically do 50% up front and 50% upon completion and final walkthrough of the project, but terms may vary based on the size and complexity of the project. We accept credit, debit and ACH payments. Late payments may incur additional fees as described in our service agreement.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Colorado weather conditions guarantee that your concrete will shift, crack and change over the years. In order to protect you and ensure a long-lasting product, we implement joints in all of our work in order to determine where the cracking can go.
We still provide a one year warranty on our workmanship.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

10. SMS Program Description
Program Name: Mountain State Concrete SMS Notifications
This SMS program provides service updates, appointment confirmations, technician status updates, and service reminders to customers of Mountain State Concrete. By opting in to this program, you agree to receive automated text messages related to your service appointments and account.
11. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and interactions with our business. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Mountain State Concrete does not charge for text messages, but carrier message and data rates may apply.
12. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message from us. After texting "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
13. Rejoining Instructions

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines, and carrier requirements.
18. Legal Compliance Note
By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you certify that you are the owner of the mobile device or have authorization to opt in for this service.
